When an account is created with us, the customer must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

The customer is responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and is liable for any activities or actions taken under access data, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account and you must change your password immediately.

Alexander Pallis e.U. reserves the right to block the customer account in the event of misuse or breach of contract.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the Web Site including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, audio, images, videos, data compilations, and digital products, is the property of Alexander Pallis e.U. By continuing to use the Web Site you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable Austrian and International intellectual property and other relevant laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Web Site unless otherwise indicated on the Web Site or unless given express written permission to do so by Alexander Pallis e.U.

Rights of Use

By purchasing on the Web Site, the customer acquires the non-transferable right to copy, store, and view the purchased products as often as required for personal and private use exclusively. Commercial use is strictly forbidden without the express written permission to do so by Alexander Pallis e.U.

The purchased products may be copied on the customer’s private storage devices for the purpose of private and personal use exclusively. All products sold on the Web Site, unless otherwise stated, are copyrighted by Alexander Pallis e.U.

Redistribution and reproduction of the purchased products are not permitted in any case. Any use beyond the rights granted by Alexander Pallis e.U. is not permitted. Storing the purchased products in data networks is not permitted.

When using the purchased products, the customer will comply with statutory provisions and the provisions of the Austrian Copyright Act. Alexander Pallis e.U. also reserves the right to add watermarks to the products offered on the Web Site.

No waiver

In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.

Delivery

As all products on the Website are digital and distributed as downloads, no shipping costs are incurred.

Cancellation

The customer is legally entitled to the right of cancellation within 14 days.

Expiry of the right to cancellation

In the case of contracts pertaining to the sale of digital products that are not delivered on a physical medium, such as downloads, the right to cancellation shall expire as soon as the seller begins to perform the contract after the customer has expressly consented to the Seller beginning the contract before the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period and the customer has confirmed their knowledge that by consenting, they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the contract begins.

The customer’s consent to the commencement and confirmation of the customer’s knowledge is given at the end of the order process where they are asked to agree with the Terms of Service via a checkbox before the order is created and sent to the Seller.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

In case of invalidity
